Outside Sales Rep

Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals representing a women's active lifestyle and surf inspired clothing brand for the southern California region. This position requires at least 3+ years in outside sales in the boutique and closely related markets. Representatives are needed for the following areas: Santa Barbara/Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego. Applicants must have current related lines with established accounts and possess product knowledge of boutique, surf industry is a plus.

Skills / Requirements:

• College degree and good history of sales experience

• Already established network of accounts

• Marketing experience a plus

• Department & Boutique accounts a plus

• Must be highly self-motivated, well-organized, dedicated, and passionate team player

• Proven ability to sell and grow sales in a territory

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Reliable transportation

• Salary and/or commission negotiable with flexible structuring
